Located on the seafront of Barcelona, in the port area after the hotel Vela where it will be placed the new nautical school. The important thing about this project is to get a good fit in the proposed environment and therefore it is decided to placed a wall facade line that continues with the breakwater. This textured concrete wall with ribs on the façade continues with the port environment and contains within it all the necessary program for this school using modular blocks.
